MYDC Empowering young farmers with Siyasiza Trust

Siyasiza Trust with funding support from the FirstRand Empowerment Foundation, is running the youth farmers development programme. The registered members of MYDC who joined the programme of the first year of multi-year programme aimed at empowering rural youth establish or scale-up agri-enterprice are part of five agri-enterprice specialisation pathway that focuses on:

• Nursery Management

• Market Gardening

• Dual-purpose Poultry Farming

• Agri-Processing (Milling/ Drying)

• Beekeeping
